Hello everyone my name is Riley Im from Minnesota getting ready to start my first cycle. I have been reading this site for a good 6 months I know Im young and still growing but would like to get started in about a week or less.
I am going to be starting with test p and dbol. I am going to start off light I believe and work my way up.
I have a question regarding a issue in my chest its very common but if anyone knows what Im getting myself into that would be great to know. Its called pectus P.E. is short for it. I was wondering now that I have this metal bar in my chest and I start trying to bulk up is it going to be safe for me to do this. I think I am fine so not worried about it to much just would like to get my cycle running and learn a little a long the way.
My stats are:
-18 Years Old
-6'3 skinny as a rail for the most part
-5% BF
-160 pounds
-Toned body
-Expeirence in lifting considering I played sports Track, Soccer, Basketball.
-I also had a personal trainer in highschool.
My eating style is not the best but Im skinny and have a fast metablism. My meals consist consist of a lot of junk food( chips, candy, chocklate) and a lot of carbs like noodles and sauces and hardly much protein on a daily basis.
I drink lots of water and lots of gatorade powerade not to much of a pop guy tho. I would also like to know what people think about my stats and my goals. Please be open and I dont have hard feelings on what people think. Im a pretty laid back guy! I would really like to know what kind of mg I should be running with the gear Im using.
Goals:
- Get to about 180 pounds and looking good
- Get to know a little bit more about what Im taking
- learn from everyone on here
I would also like to know what are some plans and if anyone has any workout plans and eating plans they could help me with along the way that would be great. Be open and comment on here for me no hard feelings.
