Due to a sports related injury I have been out of the gym for a few months. This includes not doing cardio also. I have lost a good amount of muscle but also fat because I have cut my calories back substantially. My goal is to shed the rest of my belly to really get those abs showing through. I bought some clen a long while back for this reason. I was wondering if I should use the clen, xendadrine, or just hit the cardio hard and watch the caloric intake. I am 6'4 245 and would like to lose 10 pounds or so. I have not taken a stimulant including any sort of caffine(no soda) or ephedrine in about 3 years. Do I need the clen to shed the weight and get ripped, or should I just hit the cardio hard without it? Let me know what you guys think,
