Hey guys, have recently gotten back into training ( diet in check ) but am also an avid Rock Climber getting into competition climbing next year ( may-june) my question is simple, everytime I work out the next day I usually climb but am so f**** sore. especially after legs/arms etc. is there some sort of supplement I can take that will aid in recovery so I do not feel as sore? or as stiff? I am stretching before and after weight lifting.
Any help in this will be highly appreciated.
