Hey there guys. I have been researchingnow for about the last month or so every night trying to get as much info as I can and everyone out there seems to be great. Thanks. But I still am unclear on some things as there is so much discrepency between different people and different sources of info. I am 22 years old and have been training hardcore for over a year now. I am 5'8" tall and weigh in at around 200lbs. I have gained around 20 or so pounds in the last year off of just protein and glutamine, however I have hit a plateau for the last 3 months or so and need some help to get over it. I have read that a deca/d-bol cycle will allow me to put on the mass and be able to maintain a good portion of it after the cycle concludes. I have seen alot of different cycles and for a first time user it seems to be a cycle of:

Can you guys please give me some info, I am looking to go to around 225, but I would also rather take it easy for the fist cycle. Thanks guys.
