    should i start cutting now?

    i just to my second week 9 shot thursday of test (ycle 500mg pw 2x250) i have put on 15lbs and am sitting 200 at 5'9",still useing same belt hole i did when i started, so i feel my gains are alot of lean muscle. i am happy with my weight and have seen changes in my body and am eager to cut, would it be counter productive to start a cut now and finish out my cycle on a calorie deficite allowing the final couple weeks worth of test help me maintain the muscle mass i've gained.

    those 15 pounds would be gone bro..what was your original goal for the particular cycle??

    I would continue to keep eating a good nutritional plan but lots of it...bring some cardio in...

    ive been following you bro .how were the sides? post some pics if you can were around the same stats and im getting ready to pin as soon as stane arrives.its been very helpfull reading your posts and ive decided to do the test only also.

    Did no one tell you that's it's not a good idea to do a cycle above 15% BF and you are more prone to side like gyno? 18% down to 10% is a long ways to go so dont think it's going to happen over night or over one cycle length if you do it right and healthy. If you try to do it to quick you will loose a lot of muscle along the way.

    I'm 5'9" 200 and a 32" wiest my I carry my weight a lot different than most my size, not sloppy be any means 18% is simply a guess I have a little water weight makeing me feel a little off, I know it's not gonna happen over nite but i guarantee it's gonna happen, but thanks for answering my original question.

    I wouldn't cut right now. I've made that mistake before. Keep your calories where they are and try to keep those gains through pct and at least an additional 4 weeks. Then I'd start cutting calories.

    Ya I thought about it and I knew all along it made no sense I need to go through pct and see what gains stick, Just happy with my gains and was eager to move to the next stage of my plan, I feel and look good thanks for spelling it out for me

    bro im at 16% 194 lb/5'9 with a 32" waist also i feel that im ready to pin . i hope this wont effect anything being alittle above
