why isit all egyptian bodybuilders are so big and ripped ?? ( gear ) ?

just wondering as ive seen alot of egyptian BB vids on youtube and they all seem to be staked, would a big % of them be on gear as out there getting steroids out their is as easy as buying a chocolate bar in england ?
