Just got some ANAVAR. Attached a pic as well. Ready to start taking it this week. For anybody who has seen or taken this type, your advice on how to increase its max effectiveness would be appreciated.

the var are g2g. agreed with Bonaparte, u seem like a newbie from the advice that u're seeking. trying doing a search on var and u'll come up with tons of threads which will answer your question. btw, to obtain max effectiveness, i believe u gotta pop it in your mouth given its an oral product.
