What is your diet look like... Be specific. and as a side note. if you dont know where to get it I'd say you need to spend more time in the gym before you cycle anyway. IMO.

i take a protein shake 3 times a day, about 3 grams each time. my breakfest varies, usually a bananna or an apple, along with a couple raw eggs and oatmeal, i usually eat a snack around mid morning like a couple granola bars. lunch varies. then a snack like some tuna or a sandwich, rice, or veggies before dinner.

i take a protein and creatine shake after i workout. i workout 4 days a week, i wake up around 5 every morning and work til 330, i take luch around 11 and dinner around 6.

FOOD. and more of it.. you said you were 175lbs. which means you can grow some on your own still. You need to eat more quality protein like chicken, beef, and fish. dont just assume because you take 3 shakes a day at 30g (which is what I think you meant, not 3g) that you are getting enough. They are great for getting stated in the A.M. and right after a work out but the get in aout of the body quick. you need real food that breaks down slower. as for the raw eggs. I've tried that and looking back its a wonder why I never went to the hospital. If you have 2-3 min. pop then in the microwave and scramble them. So for now you need to eat. it sounds easy but dont be fooled. Eating because you have to gain and becuase your body tells you its hungry are 2 totally different things. And it takes time to get used eating that much food.

Now for your cylce advise. take this lightly cuz I am new myself but I have been doing homework on this stuff for years. but I would say decca is not really gonna help you right now as Im sure you are looking for mass gains right now. I would go with TEST-E since thats my plan. The boost in test will help with size and strength. But remember if you dont eat right your body will never maintain it as muscle needs to be worked and fed. Others may have different ideas what to stack with but IMO you dont need to. And if you worried about staying somewhat lean, just be careful what you eat and keep up with some light cardio.

Bottom line is food and more research will go along way bro. good luck...!
