running letro before cycle

ok i am about to start a cycle:
i have a little gyno right now, should i run letro before the cycle untill it goes away or will the nolvadex take care of it during the cycle?

1 – 4 D-bol 50mg ED
1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED

post cycle looks like this: will start 2 weeks after last test inj.

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 25mg Nolva
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 25mg Nolva
Day 31 - 37 25mg Nolva

I know some guys who will start their AI one week out before begininig cycle.
I would be sure your gyno is under control before I started another course.
