    tryed to pin shoulder

    so i tryed a shoulder for the first time bout half way in i started to have a spasm and i freaked out and pull the pin....why the spasm?

    which delt did you pin? you may have nicked a nerve going in. It's not serious you will completely fine.

    no pain so i dont think I nicked one, i went right straight into my shoulder i wonder if it was just the virgin muscle issue?
