    Test Cycle after Workout Layoff

First and foremost- please no flaming or opinions on why NOT. I'm looking for the advice of what to change or what to be careful of.

37, 6'2", 215lbs, 9%, working out 3x per week for 10 years off and on. Recently coming off a 3 month layoff from the gym, I got back in the last 2 weeks cuz I'm feeling like s**t about myself. My business is in the tank, eating crap, smoking, not sleeping enough etc. I'm desperate for a change. The reason for the "off again" parts of my gym past is loss of motivation for not seeing results, although I always felt good, got strong, ate and slept well, yet it wouldn't stick. When I stop, I start smoking and slacking.

So I'm doing this and need it to stick. Been on all the forums for years and FINALLY have a full basket for my first cycle. Here's my cycle:

    Test Cycle
Wk 1-10 Test Cypionate 400mg each week
Wk 1-15 Nolvadex 20m each day
    Wk 12-15 Clomid
*That is 14 days after last shot.
    PCT As Follows
    Day1 300mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
    Day 2-11 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
    Day12-21 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex

I've seen the warnings and advice for not starting any cycle til a plateau but it simply ain't happenin' here. Like I said, I need this and need it now to kick start and motivate me to stay quit smoking, eat well and keep getting back to the gym with discipline. Not to mention this little bout of depression in this absolute crap economy.

I want advice on a good diet and 3-4 day gym routine to cut some fat, while bulking and and getting cut up. Please help me with the good stuff and keep this thread free of lectures.

I will start this cycle Monday after Thanksgiving a plan to start a log thread of how it's going.

I don't like the idea of using AAS to motivate yourself.

Get back in shape, strengthen up those ligaments, then hit a cycle.

Also, how did you check your body fat?

How are you maintaining 9%bf if you're not working out, sleeping right, and eating crap??

9% using a handheld electronic bf meter at the gym.

Workout and diet advice is the purpose of my post. I appreciate your advice how not to use aas, but seeing results is a motivator for me.

I'm looking for the advice on how to stay safe and healthy with workout and diet given the fact I'm doin what I'm doin here.

Come back here after you're done your cycle and confirm that you got little to no improvement. It'll make a good sticky.

Steroids will increase your body's capacity for muscle gains. That is it, that is all. If you're living a lifestyle where you're not eating and training to capacity, you will see little to no improvement. Think of it this way, if you eat enough protein daily to put on 1lb of muscle in a month then start taking steroids, where do you think this new fangled muscle is going to come from? Is your body is going to MAKE protein, carbohydrates and fats out of thin air? No. The answer is you're going to continue getting 1lb of muscle per month.

I can relate. I’m not going to try a sway your opinion as you asked not to do, but I admire the pure honesty to come out and say it the way it is.
Be careful in the gym as your strength returns you will be able to injure yourself easily. Don’t try to go balls to the wall when the Test kicks in. Keep in mind your feeling great then, but if you haven’t been in the gym much they aren’t used to lifting.
IMO, I think the cycle looks fine. I wouldn’t go over the dose you have listed and don’t add anything else. Again IMO your PCT plan looks fine. You may get by with 10mg daily of nolva while on. You’ll just have to be in tune for any sides. Some don’t take any while on.
Diet & workout info you can find in that section of the forum.
I have all mine listed in the members cycle results section if you want to look.

    I wouldn't run 20mg nolva a day.
I would run it much lower or just keep it on hand in case of itchy/puffy nips.
