21 6'3 230 at about 16% bf.. I ran test, tren , clen and sust before in highschool and dominated but I quit for around 2 1/2 years to cut weight so I've cut 50 lbs but and about 4 1/2 % bf. I'm lookin to get big again but also lose my remaining belly fat (which isn't much)
