hey guys "if" i was thinkin about splitttin up my 3iu-4iu dose wht do u thimnk is the ideal time to take my 2nd shot
10am 1st shot
11 am shake n oatmeal n banana
130 lunch
330 prewrkout shake
4-530 training
530 post shake
630 post meal
930 shake or meal
1230 casein shake and bed

i relly like to get in my prot asap aft traing though as i find tht very impt.i might just do all in am thn but thought might b better to have a 2nd shot to give me anthr burst of gh during the day .anyone else have advice?
