First off about me - I am a ex baseball player and ex football player - been lifting weight for 6 or 7 years now. Im 24 years old, 6 foot,I exercise regularly, wind sprints, h.i.i.t ect. I have a endomorph body, im not fat but im not shredded or anything. I eat mainly ketogenic diet, say what you want but i feel the best when i eat that way. I am wanting to start my first cycle. I have a vial of teston qv 250 sitting in front of me ready to use. I must add i do a lot of "functional" weight training, gym rings,pull up ects, but i do lift real weight as well. MY first question is what size needle and syringe should i buy? second of all how will keto diet effect my gains? and also will my functional exercises help me at all? no offense but i know guys who can bench 400 pounds but cant do one pull up..im just trying to get as much knowledge about what im already doing to add to what i will be doing.
