hey guys so im new to the forum.. thought i could use some help.. i have been training for a few years now and decided to start a first cycle and i have done a lot of research..
Stats:
Age 23
Height: 6ft
Weight: 210lbs
Body fat: 21-22%
So i wanted to start my first cycle tomorrow and it was going to look something like this:
Weeks 1-10: Test enanthate 500mg/week (inject 250mg monday and thursday)
Weeks 1-12: Arimidex 0.5mg Every second day
Weeks 13-17: PCT with nolvadex.. first 2 weeks 40mg/day then 20mg/day for last 2 weeks...
What do u guys think of this cycle???? i want to try and gain some lean muscle however my bodyfat is a bit high so i want to keep that to a minimum and maybe do cardio after each weight training session for 20mins
i want to do a 5 day split which looks something like:
Monday- Back/traps
Tuesday- Legs/calves
Wednesday- Chest/abs
Friday- bis and forearms
Saturday- Shoulders/tris
Thursday/sunday- DAYS OFF
I would do about 4-5 exercises for large muscle groups.. 3 sets each exercise about 6-8 reps to failure.. about 3 exercises for smaller muscle groups 3 sets each again 6-8 reps to failure...
My diet is ok.. not the best which i know i have to clean up.. eat about 6-7 times a day and try to get at least 40grams of protein in each meal- from whey or whole food.
So what do u think of this cycle and my training routine and cardio??????
