    Muscle/Weight Gain Help

So I decided come the new year that i will join the gym and start to gain muscle and weight. i am presently 21yrs 6'2 165lbs..and I'm fed up. i want to be atleast 190lbs asap. i eat like crazy even to the point where i throw up from eating to much but don't gain a single pound. my dad was tall and skinny all his life to could that be why? i don't have a diet but hope someone can help me choose one and i also never lift weights in my life i have no idea what workouts would be best to do. also ill be taking supplements ( not steroids because i'm not stupid i know it takes years of training before i can even ask about them) but weight gainers, protein shakes, and creatine. any recommendations will be very helpful. so what i'm pretty much asking for is is someone could help me choose:

    Diet
    Workout Plan
    Weight Gainer Product
    Protien Product
    Creatine Product

i am very desperate i'm so fed up of being this slim for my height! i read online that an average weight for my height is 175lbs so if i could get between 175 to 200lbs as fast as i can ill be very happy.

    please someone help

The bottom line really is.... your not eating enough!

If you are eatting at a calorie surplus for your metabolism, you will gain weight. Whether the weight gained is fat or muscle, thats a different story but if your eating enough you should be at least gaining....

With that said, if your not eating enough to gain then adding AAS or supplements really isnt going to matter. Even if it they help put on some muscle, you would then lose those gains afterwards because your still not eating enough to support them.

I was 6'2 180#s from junior year of high school til after college. I ate everything and went to the gym 5 days a week in college. I did not gain much maybe a little fat to muscle displacement. I did learn something very important during this time. Chicks love abs. Most could care less about how much to bench or how big your bis are.(Some) Men care about that. Get your abs right and get some ass. Cheer up most males in our society have never seen their abs and your close to it(if not there) in the prime of you ass pulling years.
At 23 something happened and I was able to put on some wieght. I got addicted to improvement and now I'm in an aas forum.
By the way I personally think syntha 6 strawberry in 1 percent milk is the best tasting. I have been drinking one in the morning and one at night for the last 4 years. When I am dieting it is the only thing I take to hold off my sweet tooth. Taste is important for long term use.
    Good luck

So do you even lift weights or what? Being 6'2" 165 lbs. is not that bad at all if you've never lifted weights. I'm 6'2" and only 170 lbs. (maybe around 8% b.f.)and that is after years of lifting! I know that's pitiful but when I first started lifting weights consistently, I weighed around 130 lbs. So if you've never lifted weights, then you already have a 35 lb. edge over me. I know everyone will disagree with me, but I think high calorie diets are overrated. Force feeding probably won't do much for you unless you are lifting weights. If you want to gain quality solid (more muscle than fat) weight, then you gotta lift. Focus strictly on compound exercises (squats, bench press, military press, lat pulldown) and do these lifts only once per week (maybe squats and lat pulldowns on Mondays and bench presses and military presses on Thursdays).
