I'd stop the cycle, do a PCT, and continue the Nolva from your PCT until your sides decrease.
Be sure to use an AI on your next (real) cycle.

Is it ok to continue the dbol and take the dbol and letro I hear it will go away within a week with letrofortunately I have clomid for pct instead of nova

Use only a low dose letro then, and grab some nolva for PCT and beyond.
