welcome...your post has a big hint of fishing...please read the rules before posting again...you can do all the research you want and ask for tips, advise and ideas..but no asking for anything pertaining to where...thats a big NO NO here...doing that will get you a suspension or a BAN from this forum.....as far as you weight glad youve gained some good weight..you want an oral cycle...sure keep putting lots and i mean lots of good food in your mouth..trust me you will much happy with the results...than you can plan ahead with your next move.

I was in your similar situation a while back. Im 39, 5 8 and 155lbs. I thought that buying any and every protein powder, bar or any supplement was the answer. After doing plenty of research, there is some great stickys here, diet is the key if you want to gain weight. I was always underwieght and over the last eight months of training I am 168.5 and I can tell you my diet is the key. Quit buying all the over the counter crap and post your diet for these guys to look over. I think you should wait and get your diet and training in check before thinking about aas. I myself will train consistantly for two years before even thinkning about aas.
Watch your money in that 'G' store. The only things worth buying there overall is creatine and whey protein and maybe some NO2.
Whats your diet like? Calories,,,protein,,,carbs,,fats???
Welcome to AR !
Bigmax left out one other thing that posting for "real' and pm me will get you other than a suspension or banned, most likely you will get a good source...that is good for the "source" as he will be the one recieving your western union payment and sending you either nothing or bunk gear.
I agree wholeheartedly with what has been posted about the diet, I have gained more muscle off cycle after reading and using the diet forum than I did from gear and eating what I thought was healthy.
Time to start nailing down my diet. Lot more to it than I thought. Thanks guys
6 meals, not 3 meals and 3 inbetween meals...what's that?
get yourself a little book and write down each and every meal and figure out your macros this is very important its also a pain in the ass but you may think your eating enough but really until you write it out you wont know where your at day to day.
