Ok so here's my situation, I havebeen training religiously for 3 years december.
My goal is 220 @ 10% bf....i've given myself 2-3 more years to reach this goal.

As it stand right now im sitting at around 188-190lbs at 12%bf....here are all the major lifts to give a gernarl idea of strength

bench 225 x 8 (touch chest back up)
squat 315 x 8 (legs just below parallel)
deadlift 405 x 6
barbell curl 115 x 9
dips (2 plates) x 6 reps

Nutrition:
getting in roughly 200-220 grams of protein daily...ive cut out dairy get all my protein from lean meats and meat alternatives i.e vegetables such as lentis, beans, etc.
carbs are a little high then i want but its not a problem at this point
fats are bare minimal
vitamin intake is sufficient


now these are no where close to being good solid lifts. I've kind of hit a stalemate in terms of all these lifts, finding it difficult to move up....I have revamped my workout in terms of cycling HIIT with high volume, heavy weight etc switching up 4 weeks of heavy weight to bodyslipt high repetitions etc.

It seems to be working proportion wise im looking good, but i want my physique to get to the next level...

Would you guys say its better to wait? or continue doing what im doing...

If i was to cycle at this point lets say run a 16 week test front loaded with dbol, ending with a few weeks of var and proper pct....what range of results would i be looking at?
