First Cyp Cycle

I am about to do my first cycle and it looks like this.
400 mg test cypionate Ew for 10 weeks.
.25mg arimidex ed until PCT
PCT starting 18 days after last injection consisting of nolva 40/20/20/20
No HCG or anything else, just Nolva for PCT.

What do you guys think of this cycle? My diet and exercise are solid so I am not worried about opinions on that, just the cycle itself.

Age 23
Height 5'10
Weight 185
Body fat % 11
Years training 5

drop the arimidex to .25 eod. why not use clomid in PCT as well as nolva? and why no HCG? just wondering. Also, be prepared for many to say youre too young. Most people here recommend 25 years of age minimum to cycle.

I did a ton of reading and their really doesn't seem to be any agreement of PCT but I found a ton of people saying just stick to nolva. As far as the HCG I read a bunch of guys do without it, but mostly I don't know where to get it. I got the nolva from ar-r, but I didnt see any HCG.
And ya I am waiting for the "your too young man" comments.

And ya HCG and clomid are pretty important IMO. Also having letro on hand in case you develop some gyno is a good idea.

My suggestion, Take a step back breath there is no rush. I get a vibe that you want to push hard.

I was the same way 8 months ago. Not trying to be an asshole but this is very serious stuff.

Do a little more research the answers are out there.

I have never used HCG myself so I cant argue its properties. I use standard pct products and run them at 40/40/20/20 but that's just my regiment

the "standard" i konw is clomid 50/ed x 2 weeks, with nolva 40/ed x 2weeks ... then drop the clomid to 25 for 2 more weeks, and the nolva to 20 for 2 more weeks. just what i've seen around.

also. the hcg is a prescription thing, and i don't thiknk that UGL-quality stuff exists, just the humangrade- so arr wouldn't have.
if you decide to go with an internet source, you can validate the gear by squirting the mixed hcg on a preg. test... although unless you have a trusted online source, i'd be wary of being ripped off imho

i was planning to use cypionate but i think i will run with sustanon.Dont you think it is a better choice?

i would do 10weekes with sustanon and maybe some 17alkalyn steroid like turinabol ou dianabol...What do think?

I'm doing cyp because its only a once a week injection, so unless your like pinning go with sust. I also would not stack with anything for my first cycle, just keep it to a test. Plus what are your stats? That really determines if you should do a cycle at all.

I strongly recommend injecting 2 times a week instead of one. When I was doing once a week injections with cyp i felt like poo poo on the 5th and 6th day after each inject, but now I feel great going back to twice a week.

do you just split the injections in half, i.e if I'm doing 400mg a week, I would just do two 200 mg injections? And start your own thread bov188 if you want questions about your cycle answered

yes exactly. you dont have to do it exactly 3.5 days apart either. Wednesday evening and sunday evening, or monday morning and thursday evening etc.. are fine. Breaking the dose down into two a week will yield more stable hormone levels and help prevent some side effects.

I Read that this is the best way to go about it.

Oops, I copied and pasted the PCT 40/40/20/20 and didnt make my edit (not good at multi tasking).
standard for me 4 weeks
2 weeks of nolva at 40 then last to weeks 20 per day
2 weeks of clomid at 100 then 2 weeks at 50 per day.
