Test Prop vs. Test Enth for 1st Cycle

Have my first cycle coming up soon. I am 5'10", 190 lbs. @ 13% bf, 24 years old. I have trained for 5 years naturally, started off at 125 lbs. @ 11% bf. Diet for upcoming cycle will be 3,300 calories, 115g fat, 207g carbs, 311g protein.

I was wondering about test prop vs. test enth for a first cycle. I like the fast action of the short ester with test prop and I don't mind the frequent pinning. I am going to be stacking this with a low dose of Dianabol, probably start off at 20mg and work up to 30mg if I feel good about it. Test will be at 500mg. I have HCG, Aromasin, Letrozole, and Nolvadex on hand.

I am wondering about this mainly because I want to do an 8 week cycle so I can recover faster and get back on faster as well provided subsequent blood work is in check. I have been reading that the effectiveness of cycles for the most part reaches it's peak at the 8 week mark.

Depends on the look your going for. Of course all this info is easily obtained on this forum with the search, but Ill add my two cents. Im assuming dbol oral your going to be using. 40mg/ed for 4 weeks. as far as your test goes. If your looking for a "dry look" go for the test p. if you dont mind pinning Id go for the test p over the test e. But of course with letro on hand letro with the test e would be acceptable in my opinion. I've had a friend who has done test cyp at 200mg/2xweekly for 10 weeks and dbol at 40mg for the first 4 weeks. He turned excellent results. His first cycle as well. He ran nolva at 25mg/ed throughout continuing into PCT with clomid at 100mg/ed for the first 15 days and 50mg/ed for the last 15days of his PCT. Good luck

Test e would be almost pointless for a 8 week cycle IMHO, if you don't mind the pinning go with prop, keep in mind all that pinning can be painful. Consider 10 test e cycle for your first coupled with an ai for bloat and you'll be pleased with the results...bloat from test e is overblown IMO.

I personally won't run a long ester again for the same reason.

Enth: 12 weeks on + 2 weeks wait + 4 weeks PCT = 18 weeks off
Prop: 8 weeks on + 0 weeks wait + 4 weeks PCT = 12 weeks off

Personally I can gain the same with 8 weeks prop as I did with 12 weeks enth. The advantage with long esters is of course less pinning, but being shutdown for 14 weeks and being off for 18 is just not appealing to me. Pinning isn't bad, I could have done EOD for my first run if I had thought it through as much as you and went with prop.
