Just curious for maybe some tips. My stats are 6' 4" 200 lbs. Been stuck at this weight for a while. Been working out for almost 2 years. Made a lot of progress from when I started. But I am still a long way from where I want to be. 21 years old. Not interested in steroids would like to stay natural. I'm in the gym 4-5 days a week. Just feel like I'm not getting anywhere. Don't take any supplements besides protein. Thanks!
