    Just curious for maybe some tips. My stats are 6' 4" 200 lbs. Been stuck at this weight for a while. Been working out for almost 2 years. Made a lot of progress from when I started. But I am still a long way from where I want to be. 21 years old. Not interested in steroids would like to stay natural. I'm in the gym 4-5 days a week. Just feel like I'm not getting anywhere. Don't take any supplements besides protein. Thanks!

    post your diet, meal and time, lets start there.

    Diets not the best it is something I need to work on. I usually drink a meal replacement in the morning with high protein. Lunch is usually a grilled chicken breast sub. Workout in the evening then eat after wards. Usually something with chicken. I'll also drink a protein shake somewhere in there as well, most of the time at night. But there are times where i slack and might only eat 2 times a day. With my schedule its hard. Or i might eat forbidden fast food. It's my only option at times. I want to put weight on. I'd love to be 220. It's just very hard especially with my long frame.
