    list your daily supplements

    Can you guys kindly list your daily supplements intake? Whether its in caps/grams/ml...etc and at what time its taken? Also with what type of diet/goals.

    Supplements:

    Generic Multivitamin (tablet) morning/night
    Omega 3 Fish Oil (capsule) morning
    Glucosamine (tablet) morning/night

    Diet/Goals

    Need to put on weight diet :P

    ~ 3000cal/day

    -> 2 - 3L/milk day
    -> 1600-2200 cals from other food

    - 2 tablespoons Udo's 3-6-9 oil
    - 12g fish oil (divided between meals throughout the day)
    - 5g creatine monohydrate (PWO)
    - 2 scoops Whey Isolate (PWO)
    - BCAAs in water (during cardio, workout)
    - Casein (before bed if I'm too lazy to heat up a steak)
    - A recently scored prescription for adderall XR (so long pre-workout bullshit)

    Goal is to maintain and get a little stronger for now.

    Black Powder pre-workout
    Whey/Banana/Oats post-workout or Isopure mass drink
    Casein/Udos middle of the night


    Goal is to maintain while slowly adding muscle while losing bf over time

    2 tbsp Essential fatty acids - usually 1 tbsp with 2nd meal and 1 tbsp with 5th meal

    1 Mutli vitamin with breakfast

    50 g Whey - immediately after workout

    6 g Creatine - 3 g pre workout & 3 g immediately after workout

    3 g Glutamine - immediately after workout

    5 g bcaa's - immediately after workout

    20 g dextrose powder mixed in with gatorade - immediately after workout

    ****20 g dextrose powder, 50 g whey, 3 g creatine, 3 g glutamine, and 5 g bcaa is all taken together mixed into 12 oz of gatorade immediately after my workout
