2 tbsp Essential fatty acids - usually 1 tbsp with 2nd meal and 1 tbsp with 5th meal
1 Mutli vitamin with breakfast
50 g Whey - immediately after workout
6 g Creatine - 3 g pre workout & 3 g immediately after workout
3 g Glutamine - immediately after workout
5 g bcaa's - immediately after workout
20 g dextrose powder mixed in with gatorade - immediately after workout
****20 g dextrose powder, 50 g whey, 3 g creatine, 3 g glutamine, and 5 g bcaa is all taken together mixed into 12 oz of gatorade immediately after my workout
