So I'm coming back from a mild case of tendinitis in my right elbow and was wondering about using a small dose of NPP to help with this. My elbow is at 98% right now, I just don't want it to come back again during my cycle. I have also started to load Super Cissus RX.
I will be running an 8 week Test Prop/Dbol cycle in the beginning of January so I want the shorter ester of Nandrolone. I'm hoping it's positive joint effects will kick in faster for me and that it may allow me to start PCT sooner than vs. Deca. I want NPP strictly for it's joint support.
This will be my first cycle. I am 5'10", 190 lbs. @ 13% bf, 24 years old. I have trained for 5 years naturally, started off at 125 lbs. @ 11% bf. Diet for upcoming cycle will be 3,300 calories, 115g fat, 207g carbs, 311g protein.
Cycle would look like this:
500mg Test Prop/week for 8 weeks
40mg Dbol/day for 4 weeks
100mg NPP/week for 8 weeks
250iu HCG E4D weeks 3-8
12.5mg Aromasin ED for 8 weeks
