Here is what is needed my buddy is 31, 6'2 and 234.4lbs and 9% BF. He is 3 months out and is doing a show in March so he is cutting now 12 weeks out!
He has just got off Test cyp and deca and dbol and HGH 4ius mon-fri. What's the next step? We can get any gear so a great 12 week program will be greatly appreciated!!!!
Secondly, here is a mock diet to shoot your pointers to help me out with!
Meal 1- 1 cup of egg whites 1 yolk, 1 cup of oats, 1 scoop of Maxpro, 2 EFA's, 6 Amino's
Meal 2- Maxpro Shake and 2tsp of flax seed oil
Meal 3- 8oz of chicken breast, 2 cups of brocilli, 1 cup of brown rice, 2 EFA's
Meal 4- 8oz of turkey low sodium, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese
*Pre workout Meal- 50 gram protein shake, 10g glutamine and 2tsp of flaz seed oil
*Post Workout Meal- 2 scoops of iso-x, 1 scoop of maxpro
Meal 5- 8oz flank steak or tilapia, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup of brocilli, 2 EFA's, 6 Amino's
Meal 6- 1 cup of egg whites, handfull of almonds
*1 1/2 GALLONS OF WATER A DAY*
