    Liver supp??

When on a cycle do you take anything for your liver? Like any supplements or anything?

I have used a lot of liver support drugs over the years both on and off cycle, I have HepC and am in the unique position of being able to evaluate their effectiveness due to their ability to deminish (liver) pain. Since joining this board I learned about liv52 or LiverCare (US trade name) by Himylaya Healthcare or its affiliates, this drug is for me by far the most effective in resolving liver pain and other symptoms ( AST/ALT scores, fatigue etc.) I would reccomend it to anyone as a liver support drug.

By the way as far as the problem of AAS and loading the liver, I have and never will take orals... but I can tell you that IM usage of Test and even Tren do not seem to be as harmful to my liver (pain/fatigue) as a tall glass of milk or a couple of cheeseburgers.

Pain/fatigue? I wasnt aware that the liver has pain receptors. Ive taken LOTS of orals and painkillers in the past and after bloodtest showing poor liver values i still cannot recall experiencing any pain, ever.

    Yungone 501,

Liver pain results when your liver swells and causes pressure within the membrane that surrounds the inner workings, of course you guys (with basically normal livers) have never experienced liver pain and hopefully never will, this only results during late stage liver damage. I probably contracted HepC back during the 70s due to a blood transfusion from a motorcycle accident. I have had elevated liver enzymes since the 80s and just recently 2000-on, developed liver pain due to swelling, fatique is also a symptom of liver disfunction when you liver is not doing its job you do not have the energy you normally do.

No liver pain is not a normal result of taking orals or something any of you all are likely to experience, when the problem exists it does allow you to easily determine which liver supplements cause changes.

Milk Thistle provides moderate protection from some liver toxins but does very little to help against others, in tests with placebos, Liv52 and Milk thistle Liv 52 has always come out ahead on protecting the liver from various toxins.

UDCA is a very powerful drug and although effective in treating some liver conditions it also has many contradictions and as well is expensive.

For these reasons I would give the nod to Liv52 which has been shown to be benificial in protecting the liver from just about every toxin that it has been tested on and so far is free from any serious side effects.

For those interested here are some article abstracts taken from medical journals sorted by date.

Harsher orals "yes", injects "no". Also consider additional strain you may be placing on it.

do u take liv52 during ur cycle when ur taking dbol/anadrol or whatever or do you wait until AFTER your finished with the orals?

If you do take it during, do u take it before or after u ingest the dbol/drol?

No, from everything I have read liv52 has no contradictions for daily use, the same applies with sylimarin<milk thistle> of course there are issues with certain individuals who are sensitive to the plant family/families involved, that is there are allergies just like with most foods and meds but other than that both are generally well tolerated and seldom have serious drug interactions.

Others like UCDA should not be taken unless needed for a specific reason.
