    Hey guys... Here are some pics from my first workout for the year (Jan 2nd 2011). We did plyos, calisthenics, mobility drills, car-pulling and pushing, truck pushing, pulling, and seated rowing, and core work.


    The guys arrive

    Seated Rowing ensued.


    My training partner and friend "ColeTrain" ripping up the carpark!

    Hoping to regain the 20 lbs of muscle I lost... If I can stay injury-free, i'll definitely be stepping back on stage.

    So far training is looking good.

    Hit a 555lb x 2 box squat last night... and a 365 x 6 box front squat... Sore as **** this morning.
