I agree with Matt. You say you gained 20-25lbs, you weigh 170 now, but started at 160. So by that alone, youve already lost 15lbs. That just puts in concrete that you didnt have the diet or a base in place to hold the gains you got (which you didnt by losing 15lbs). Im assuming youre adding in another compound or looking at others is bc you want more gains. But what you really need to be doing is getting your diet in check, thats obvious by your losses.
