5'9" 194lbs 18% bf might be less actually, I usually do my cardio at 5am on a empty stomach, treadmill for 35min. burn around 400-500 calories then my weight training. head home for 10 eggs white and Oats for first meal.

1-3 Sdrol 20mg ED
6-12 Winstrol tabs 50-60mg ED
I also have Adex for bloat. clomid and nolva for pct, I was thinking of dropping winstrol and adding tren ace. thanks for any advice guys,
