question in regards to hcg dosing...

I'm gonna start running my hcg next week, but still not clear on how to properly mix with bac water to create the dosage I'm looking for...
I got the two little amps that I believe if mixed Would be 5000iu...
I'm trying to inject 250iu twice weekly....how much more water do I need to throw in the mix? And how many cc's of that will be 250iu?...
Can anyone please help me out? Thanks

It's a simple formula of the number of IUs divided by the amount of ml of liquid you add.

examples: 5000IUs with different amounts of liquid added.

5000IUs with 1 ml of water = 5000 IUs per full ml syringe or 500IUs for every .10ml hash mark on a 1 ml syringe. (5000IUs / 1 ml = 5000/ml)
5000IUs with 2 ml of water = 2500 IUs per full ml syringe or 250IUs for every .10ml hash mark on a 1 ml syringe. (5000IUs / 2 ml = 2500/ml)
5000IUs with 5 ml of water = 1000 IUs per full ml syringe or 100IUs for every .10ml hash mark on a 1 ml syringe. (5000IUs / 5 ml = 1000/ml)

So let me see if I understand this correctly ....
If I mix 5000ius with 10ml of water.... I'm gonna have 500ius per ml? In which case, I Would inject 1/2 ml to get the desired 250ius....am I correct?

That is correct. 5000IU / 10ml = 500IU/ml or 50IU per .1ml hash mark on a 1ml syringe. .5ml (half the 1cc syringe) = 250IU

Keep in mind the shelf life of HCG once reconstituted is at most 60 days. I think the potency is much less after about 45. A 5000IU bottle will last you 10 weeks at 500IU/wk....which is too long imo. You would be better off mixing it w/ 8ML which would make it last 8 weeks (625IU/wk) or 10ML and take 3 injections of 250 per week (750IU/wk). Either that or get smaller bottles.
