Last time I did squats about 3 sets in my quads knotted up and were horribly painful. Almost too painful to continue. Since then they kept hurting like super sore muscles but its the same workout Ive been doing for months. So tonight I even do extra stretching and bam about 2 sets in my quads knot up again. I have been on Clen for 2 weeks and taking taurine and potassium but it doesn't feel like muscle cramps...more like sore muscles and its only my quads. Any ideas???
