Was up late last night and again early this am reading TONS of posts. Strugling over some comments that using 1mg of Arimidex 3x/wk is too much and that it will limit gains.
This is week 2 of my journey and have a blood work scheduled right before my pinning on week 7. As you can see from the low dosage, I’m on HRT and barred from adding anything else other then what Dr. writes for. His theory was to add 1mg vs. 0.5mg for Ai to limit water retention. I understand that he is the Dr and although he understands what I’m looking for, legally he is there to treat low T. Me, on the other hand, would like to make the most of it with training. Some have suggested to withhold Arimidex and use it only if signs warrant it others has suggested to cut does in half. I know the principals of bulking and cutting but don’t have the chemical assistance at hand that others are allowed to and would like to limit water retention and of course gyno. Other posts have said that using Arimidex can actually raise test levels and IGF-1 nnumbers.
I’ve looked at several posts where guys detail their cycle menu and are at Test doses 3x the amount I am on and half the mg’s on Arimidex.
Just looking for opinions from ppl who have the same goals as in adding lean muscle.

Test Cyp- 1.1cc (220mg) 1x/week
Arimidex (Anasrozole) 1mg 3x/week
Avodart 0.5mg ED
Lovasa 1GM 4caps/ED
Corvite Free 1 am/pm
