    What do i need to do to cut

    5 months ago i did dbol 5mg pink tabs and test. enanthenate and now have gained 28 pounds I have been running about 30 min on the tread mill and eliptical compined i have bad knees from playing football. I need to know what is the best thing i can take for around 150.00 to 200.00 dollars to help loose it. My goal is to get lean which ive never been and then to bulk up because ive heard that this is how you gain muscle and that it is oxy moron to loose weight and gain muscle natural so i am willing to go the opposite route which i have already did once. I am a beginner at this stuff so please help.

    and i am 5'10 225 pounds and body fat now around 20 percent

    But anyways i am wanting to get back down 25 pounds in about 3-4 months i am new to the whole cutting stage so please help somebody

    you need a good diet and cardio, id spend that money on food imo.

    you can always look into clen, though i would stay away from it.

    Ephedrine (Bronkaid) + caffeine and a clean diet should do it.

    Yeah. It's ephedrine sufate and guiafenesin. Take one 25mg tab with 200mg of caffeine and you should be GTG for 6 hours. I'd start out with a half dose for the first week or two until you assess your tolerance.
    It's called the ECA stack when you add in an aspirin, which you can do as well. But stick to the baby aspirins.
    But it isn't going to work miracles. You still need to have a good diet and training routine to see results.

    You can also use Primatene a bronchial aid , Osco sells them. They have you sign a form stating you will not use it to produce meth.

    My opinion on the ephedrine ban is that it was done to curb meth production, not the publics health concerns .

    Do a cutting cycle.
    use clen to burn the fat, and aromasin to make sure you don't gain fat thru estrogen...

    you'll have to research your cycle...

    I would do a cycle with test E, Tren E, and maybe some winny in the end...

    21 and you did a cycle? I am guessing this was not your first cycle either.

    no it was not i had some other body builders helping me now that i have switched gyms i have to do it all on my own

    alright guys and girls here is the run down i have decided to go the cheep route for now with the bronkaid tonight i went to work out. I took it 20 minutes before dinner, ate some chicken and tuna, ya i know great dinner ha, and then waited 30 minutes and went to gym. But i have to say i did sweat a little more than usual, i am quite surprised. I will try my best to keep you updated every 2 weeks. I will show yaw before and after every two weeks and let you know the weight loss. I am doing a diet that is 5 days on 1 day off. I will try my best . !!! Thanks for everybody's help.
