    Gained 6lb after my 1st week with cyp

    I started my new cycle cyp only at 500mg a week and after weighting myself today i saw i had gained 6lb, i've never gained that before during my first week. Any thoughts?

    I was 202lb last monday, todaxy I was 208lb. I didn't check my bf% but last week it was at 15.
    (I'm 5'7 btw).
    My diet is ok, I have go to a nutritionist every 3-4 weeks.

    If we could only keep a these gains increasing every week through the entire cycle...

    Good be really good gear, or your training is in check along w your diet, don't know if this is your first cycle but once you've cycled before, the gear normally reacts alot faster, well for me it did.

    wouldnt be the test, thats too soon for gains. my bet is that you have upped your calorie intake for the cycle and your putting on the weight without the help of the gear

    Body weight fluctuates and yeah 3 qts of water weigh about 6 lbs. It is a shame it does not work that way 10wk cycle 60 lbs...actually maybe that would not be a good thing....

    No doubt the added weight is from the increase calories and water surge.

    I don't know about everyone else but after my first cycle, once I cycle again, it seems to kick in so much faster, I can easily gain 5-7 lbs in the first week. But its hard to tell cuz I also up my calories ...I just don't think upping the calories is the major reason why. I really don't ..jmho

    Doubtful you will see anything from test C the first week.
    Give it a good 3 and a half to 4 weeks and you will definitely know you are "on."

    agreed, I gained 11lbs on Sust by the end of week 3.

    Sust has three esters that are all faster acting than Cypionate.
    1. Propionate
    2. Phenylpropionate
    3. Isocaproate
    So, yes you will see results much quicker.

    1. Water

    i gain at least 5 to 7 lbs within first 2 wks. People say it takes 5 to 7 wks to kick in but that is false. CYP kicks my sex drive up within 3 to 4 days.

    I actually change weight from everyday either weighing more by 5 pounds or losing those 5 pounds so yes It is better to weight yourself in the morning before eating or drinking to get accurate numbers.

    This is my 3rd cycle, I've only used cyp (for my second cycle this year i'll add some deca and anadrol).
    On my previous cycles i gained 2lb or 4lb my first week.

    I've tried to follow a diet but honestly, this is my first time following it 100%.

    My test is legit, i have no doubt there.

    I weighted myself around 5pm last monday and yesterday.

    I know the possiblity of this weight being water (most probably it is most of it) i'm taking around 4000-4500 cal a day. In 2 weeks i'll visit my nutritionist and see if i can get a 5000 cal diet.

    It would be nice though if all this weight gain would be muscle and have this steady gain through the whole cycle.

    I'm already feeling hot and in need of going to the gym, yesterday i did not want to leave the gym, i just wanted to keep going, and right now i feel the need of doing exercise or running or something, it usually takes a bit more time for me to feel this.

    Nothing wrong with water weight, it still counts. I think the placebo effect becomes more prominent after a cycle or two, because you have tangible expatiations. Curious how your diet has changed.

    I know, I was just saying I saw results fast, considering the bulk of the dose is long ester.

    Not to be a smart ass here but the bulk of the dose is faster than cypionate.
    1. Propionate 30mg
    2. Phenylpropionate 60mg
    3. Isocaproate 60mg
    Total 150mg
    The remaining 100mg of decanoate is slower than cypionate
    Grand total 250mg

    150mg IMO isn't a large dose to bulk weight in 3 weeks But yea I get it. If I hadn't gained s much water I would agree

    Did you run adex or aromasin to help with bloating?
    Also dbol or drol will cause a lot of water retention.

    say you were doing a test cycle with deca and drol, with a great diet lots of calories and an exelent training routine, anynone knows the record for lb gained during the first week?

    could be water weight from the test. Even though test c or e or sustanon take 4-6 weeks to take full effect. For me and i know for fact some people you notice large increases VERY quickly like within the first week.

    I suggest you cut down on your salt intake. That has to be water weight.

    That's what I was thinking... Cyp takes a long ass time for me. Week 5 is like, Oh look at these new muscles haha

    Water weight is key to early strength gains. Bloat, in and of it's self, is not a bad thing, it's really the associated bp rise that causes problems. I think taking an AI before you have problems is a bad idea. Low IGF, screwy cholesterol and osteoporosis are all sides from AIs.

    Yeah i've read how this water can help you increasing strength.

    By bp you mean blood pressure?
