    Please critique my new cycle

    Hi All!

After an incident I had to stop training for 1 year ( I did a cycle with sustanon and deca in 2009), now I started training again and in March I would like to do a cycle.

I am 30yo and now 155 lbs. In one year I lost 40 lbs.

Since I have some unwanted body fat on my pecs, abs and hips I wanted to try this one(found on the stickies)

    Cycle 12:
    1 – 10 Cyp 400mg/wk
    8 – 13 Winny 50mg ED
    1 – 15 Nolvadex 10mg ED
    1 – 15 L-dex .25mg ED

    what do you think?

good luck on your recovery but i dont think a cycle is a good choice right now. unless your 5'2'' your underweight .you should allow your body to reestablish a solid base. if everything was dialed in before your accident you gains should come back quickly through diet and training

I would try to get those 40lbs back that should afford you enough time to work on diet and training which will result in a more successful cycle. Jmo

My mind think you are right but my heart says I would like to do the cycle now... what a terrible temptation; I hope to resist.
Anyway it took me 5 years for those 40lbs, I hope that muscle memory works!

Muscle memory is a wonderful thing. It definitely works.
Get back in the gym, get your diet in order and you will grow.

Rushing a cycle is something you don't want to do as I stated above you'll be better equipped to do it right if you wait
