Cycle after injury.
Stats: 27yrs old 6'0 200 LBS.
I recently just had surgery on my shoulder. Tore labrum. Dr. said is was a simple fix and wasn't too serious and should recover fine. Will be back to lifting at week 12. I am almost at week 12. I want to give my self a few months to be back goin' strong and get the diet back where it needs to be before i cycle.
This will be my first cycle. I have researched enough to know what everyones first recommendation is TEST ONLY. I understand that and i totally agree. I understand what that is the suggestion.
With that said.... I want to go against that suggestion due to a few things i have read. i have read a few things about increase skeletal muscle & collagen synthesis with certain AAS collagen synthesis. My plan is to plan a cycle where the goal is to increase skeletal muscle mass/strength while at the same time increase joint/tendon/ligament strength. The Doc. put 1 stitch in my bicep tendon and then labrum was torn. I want to cycle something that will help promote muscle growth but also strengthening the joints and tendons.
I was just going to run 500 test e every week for 16 weeks. now thinking of maybe throwing in some deca to help with the joints.
