Im trying to lose a few pounds in the stomach area so my ab muscles pop out more. Any suggestions on specific dieting techniques cause what im doin aint workin? My abs are getting hard but the fat isnt goin away and IM afraid its my diet cause im working hard in the gym. Its mainly my lower abs im having problem with.Im gonna check out workout room to see what they got for my exercise. Thanks to all for ur help.

rotein/carbs/fat and cals with the time you consume them. Also enter your stats. Height,body weight and fat%.
