I am a 34 yr old single mother of 3 and I have never put my physical appearance in the forefront of things important to me. I am tired of feeling weak and and not being happy with my body. I am short and have a great foundation to work with as far as existing muscle (was a cheerleader for a long time). I have been working out and eating better and even though I go to the gym about 4 times a week, I am not seeing results...I don't think I am doing it right...I need help...![]()
