I plan one cheat meal per week, I usually think about it all week and perfect it in my mind. That way i crave it more and more and more. By the time i get to eat it, its the best thing in the world
So whats ur cheat meal gonna be this week?
I went out on friday night for a tapas feast with a sunday pudding on top.
Next week im not sure. May make a mixed paella, chicken chorizo, muscles, prawns, squid and maybe a side of battered calamari....

I am going to post ahead of time what you will need to create my cheat meal and then talk you through, step by step how to make it.
If this thread stays bumped it would be great, we can all share recipies and have a good meal to look forward to each week.
If ur cutting This will make u sharper, trust me. Just dont cheat if its not planned
