Newbie and in need of help ... thanks in advance for any advice.

    Age: 36
    Height: 5'11'
    Weight: 288 lbs
    BMI: 40.2
    Fat%: 29.1

    Workout History:
    * I pretty much worked out all my life ... in 2007, my life took an unexpected turn, personally and financially ... so I was not able to sustain my fitness regimen. From 2006 to 2007, I was at 245lbs, 13%BF and was on a wini and dbol stack. I have since turned my life around, financially and personally .... and am back at the gym.
    * I have done my research and have implemented a diet plan .. THANKS Machine! Your input was very much appreciated.

NOW I need help on a program, nutrition and roid plan ... I am looking for fast results, if that at all is possible.

Thanks in advance for any help I can get ....

    YOUR WELCOME!!!

Your first step is to lose some fat, and just forget about the muscle.. this will take some time, but with chems like Clenbuteral (for sale above by ar-r.com as a research chemical *liquiclen*) you can cut the fat in 6 months. 45lbs of fat will get you to 240lbs 15%BF.. but plan on losing some muscle too, otherwise it is gonig to take way too long to get rid of the fat. how much cardio are you currently doing?

    Hello Machine
I am doing 45 minutes of cardio everyday (6 days a week) 20 kilometers per day on the elliptical (cant do treadmill, afraid to hurt or injure my knees)

Welcome. If you want to loose fat make sure you don't take your heart rate above 130. Otherwise you are only working n endurance.
