    ideas anyone........

    im 5'9 and 197lbs @14%bf

    i need help putting togeher a 16 week cutting cycle. i want to cut but still gain some lean mass. i have prop on hand but need help picking out the other compunds. any REAL advise is welcome. thanks guys

    Just test and an oral.

    If you really are 14% bf, you shouldn't need to cut longer than 10-12 weeks to get nice and lean.

    Test and Clen is all you need if you have your diet in check..

    diets in check, wich is the biggest part to bulking and cutting, just needed help with the gear........ and thank you guys.
