I am coming to the end of my M1T cycle which as nearly been 4 weeks...
I started at 11st and after this I am now weighing 12.9st which appears to be some very good solid gains.
I am wondering whats the best PCT?
I have tamoxifen and arimidex if needs be, strong multivits, glucosamine and milk thistle..
Would these be ideal for PCT? Or would you recommend anything else? I am currently eating around 200 - 300g of protein and I am going to maintain this whilst off cycle...
Any help is much appreciated.
