How many days after your weekly TRT injection is "best" or typical to get followup bloods drawn? I've heard the day after, 3 days after, and even the day beforehand.

Depends on what you want to check. For highest concentration you check 48 hours after. For lowest you check right before your next shot.
Drs have their prefernce so you just go on what they want.
