Make sure you inject SLOWLY. If you are holding the syringe at an angle to make sure the B12 is the last to come out (so as not to waste any t) be careful with the amount of pressure - when you get to the thin B12 it will shoot into the muscle at a high velocity and maybe bruise the muscle.
Take your next syringe when you are done, fill it with water and apply the same pressure you normally do and see what it looks like coming out of the needle - thats is how it is dispersing into the muscle.
