I'm Currently 21 years old, 5'9, 180lbs. Around 17% BF with about two years of solid lifting experience.
In about a week, I'm going to start my first cylce of Anavar, 50mg Capsules.
My current diet consists of around 3,500 calories a day, with zero dairy and pretty much zero sugars. My protein consists of Egg Whites, Lean Ground Turkey, MRP Shake before bed(CNP Pro Peptide), post-workout Protein shake, and Tilapia. Carbs consists of Whole Grain Oats, Brown Rice, and Baked Potatos.
I'm eating around 6 oz of lean protein every meal along with a cup of rice or a baked potato, and around 7-8 meals a day along side the shakes. Also taking in around 2 cups of greens a day. All of this is of course along side a rigorous training regimen. My goal is to actually gain weight from this cycle, but have it be weight from lean mass. Also to drop my body fat percentage in the process. Hope to be around 195lbs by the end of my cycle with a significant strength increase, and very defined physique.
Does my training and diet sound good for my goals? what do I need to change/alter? THX
