    Drawing from amp

I've having problems with drawing the liquid from the amp to the plunger.
Never done ampules before so dont know if its something with the ampule or the oil is to thick.
Im using Test E from Norma Greece and have read that the oil is very thick. Im injecting with a very thin needle and and always change needle after getting the liquid in the plunger.
So should I use a bigger(fatter) needle to draw from the amp and inject with the thin needle ?

just use a 19 or 20G pin to draw the thick oil

dont be silly ,if that was the case he wouldent be drawing anything just watching oil fall all over his hands ...

    to the op

get a blow dryer and heat the amp for 30 seconds ,this will make the oil nice and thin ,snap of the neck and draw oil with a 21g pin ,simple my man..

You actually can turn an amp and draw from it, I never had the balls to do it but I saw a nurse do it on you tube.

hows it possable ? i mean ok you can tilt the amp on an angle but to snap the neck of an amp and then turn it upside down then only one thing will happen ,yes you got it ,oil all over the floor ...

Dont know what "G" my needle is but I talked to my supplier who told me to use pink insted of green ones which im using for injection.( I live in europe)
Then I will use a pink (thicker one) to draw but am I good to go injecting with the same slim green i've been using in my other injection cycles?
And about the heat will it work putting the amp under my arm for like 5 minutes?

green i think is 21g 1.5in ,not too sure what the pinks are but they maybe 18g 1in i wouldent use an 18 to inject buddy ,i use greens to draw and either a blue 23g 1 1/4 or a orange 3/4 25 g as for the heat thing yes that may work or use a warm glass of warter and just sit the amp in that (dont go above the brakeage point on amp with the warter ..

Amps are meant to be drawn upside down, the med doesn't come out as long as you dont add air. I do this at work as a fire fighter

no your takeing about vials buddy ,amps are small glass bottles were you snap the neck of and draw the oil while holding upright, vials are larger multi dose bottles (most of the time) with a rubber stoper ....you cant draw from an amp while holding it upside down.lmfao

I dont know how many G my needles are, but in my pharmacy in scandinavia they sell the green as 40mm(1,5 Inches) and 50mm if I want shorter theres 30mm darkblue needles.

The surface tension of the water is lower than that of the glass or something like that. My paramedics professor tried explaining it one day. it won't come out unless air is added

I found out that the pink needles I bought for drawing is 18G and is much better to draw with that the green one ( 21G )
that I inject with. Should I keep injecting with the green 21G or should I consider even thinner?

In the clip you linked to the nurse says that you should use a filtering needle
so you dont draw up any small/microscopic glass particle into the plunger, what may happen when breaking the ampule.
Now that im using 18G to draw with I guess its kinda easy for the glass to go through the needle.
How important is this I asked at my pharmacy and they said they didnt have it, dont want any glass into my ass.

The reason they do it that way is to get the fluid to the neck of the vial instead of trying to get the needle to the bottom of the vial. The viscosity and surface tension of the solution combined with the small air volume of the ampoule makes this an easy procedure.

I'll be damned - never seen that done that way either. Nor will I try it. Unless I ever have so many amps laying around I don't care to chance wasting one. Which I don't see happening.
