hey guys,
i just found this site and am stoked on the amount of knowledge and willingness to constructively criticize and guide people in the right direction. I'm 22 and have just gotten back into seriously training (for the last few months) i have been slacking for the last year and a half. i know i am far away from getting to a place where i need or would even be smart to start a cycle but i hope over the next year i can build back to a good base and fine tune my diet. im about 5"10 185lbs. and will post pics as soon as i can. i will also post my diet and training schedule and get more specific with my questions and goals.
