If you run letro while on a cycle to prevent gyno would you still do a pct with nolvadex and clomid? To restore natural test levels?

I'm gonna do a 12 week cycle of test e, the first 4 weeks 40 mg of dbol. Right now im just planning everything out.

Also, is AR's letro Oral? If so what would .25 and .50 look like in an oral syringe considering it 2.5 mg/ml?

Yea I wanna make sure I have a set plan and have everything on hand before the cycle. Would 50 mg of dbol ed be ok to do instead of 40mg?
