Trying to fix a gyno problem...

I read C-Dino's sticky about gyno.

I didn't get any gyno last cycle, but after using 1-1.25g of Test E on this long 20 weeker, I've noticed lumps in the last few weeks. It's worst in the right nipple.

I'd been taking Aromasin 10mg E3D and Cabergoline 2.5mg E3D along with my injections.

According to D-Cino's sticky I need Letrozole (Femara) to reverse my gyno. I only have on hand Anastrazole (Arimidex) and Exemestane (Aromasin)...

So my question is should I start a regimen using one of these AI's or wait till I get some Letro? I have lots of Nolvadex as well, and I'd read that it was effective at getting rid of gyno, but according to the sticky, such is not the case. I guess it only hinders it's progression.

Anyhow, let me know what you think, thanks .

Rolaxifene and Tomaxifen are the two that I have heard work well to treat gyno, if you can not get Rolax the Tomox and Torem are the next best bet. The medical studies do not show combination therapy with both drugs but I see no reason why they would not be effective in combination, since we routinely use two SERMs together in PCT. I would assume they did not use the as a combination therapy since they do not have animal studies to show safety of usage of both together, of course this kind of thing has never stopped us from volunteering our own bodies in the name of science LOL.

This is not from personal experience, this is based on everything I have read both here and doing general searches in medical journals.

    See below,

Several pharmacological agents have been used to manipulate the hormonal imbalances thought to cause gynecomastia. However, the studies that evaluated their efficacy were in general small and uncontrolled, making inference challenging.
Estrogen receptor modifiers appear to be fairly safe and beneficial. Alagaratnam15 treated 61 Chinese men with tamoxifen for a median of 2 months with 36 months of follow-up, demonstrating an 84% rate of complete regression of breast swelling. Lawrence et al16 used a 3- to 9-month course of estrogen receptor modifiers (tamoxifen or raloxifene) to treat 38 consecutive patients with persistent pubertal gynecomastia and demonstrated a mean reduction in breast nodule diameter of 2.1 cm with no serious adverse effects. Similar results were reported in another case series of 37 patients who used tamoxifen; reductions in pain and nodule size were seen in all patients without long-term adverse effects.17

I'd increase the Aromasin does to 25mg/day and add in 20mg of Nolva. That should eliminate the vast majority of your estrogen, and nolva should block the rest.

Agree with above on the Nolvadex, even if you get femera, taking Nolv will help. If you are in PCT, you can take up 60mg of the stuff for the first few days stepping down as you see regression

They both work the same (just a question of whether you can starve the tissue of estrogen enough and how advanced the gyno is). It's like asking if a steroid is anabolic or anti-catabolic. Just depends on how much you take, really.

I had gyno in my left nipple near the end of my first 12 week cycle of TestE. It went away after a standard PCT.

Need to ask this, it looks to me that you only have 8 months cycle experience and your already hitting over a gram a week?? It's no wonder your dealing with gyno if that is all your cycle experience. My question is why directed you to use so much test so fast if you don't know how your body responds?
No disrespect intended but most people think more is better
