Since you are already producing alot of natural gh as it already is, taking 4-5IU daily (which is already expensive) could not only cancel out your own production, but basically gets you back to where you started producing naturally. And for those who want to gain muscle from hgh, it is not an overnight fix. Generally for muscle building properties 8 months to a year is a basic outline at the dose of 8-12 IU a day at least 5 times a week, and I didn't talk about the intensity of your training. Just saying that you are looking at spending $3,000-$5,000 worth of little white pucks that might not even be real gh. So you need to look at it being cost effective and will this really help me in the long run? If you can afford 15-20 kits at a time, go forward with it, but know the risks, and I can tell you 97 out of 100 times many of us don't have that kind of money to spend cosmetically right now (recession duh...).

WHAT? HGH is not recommended for anyone under 30. And preferably over 35.
